The Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association (DIAA) board voted to amend Emergency Regulation 1010, which grants permission for interscholastic athletics to occur with fall season sports starting on September 28th.

The Christina School District Athletics Reopening Plan has been developed as a result of attending online seminars and studying National Federation of State High School Associations, Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association and The Delaware Department of Public Health (DPH) guidelines.

    Extracurriculars

Extracurricular activities have been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.  Plans are currently being developed and will be submitted to DPH to begin extracurricular activities.  When these plans are finalized, they will be posted for review while we await approvals from DPH to begin.

    Driver's Education

The Christina School District will continue to support students and families to earn their in car driving time. Schools will contact those students and families who are eligible for in car driving.  This process will continue throughout remote and hybrid learning, as long as safety protocols are able to be maintained. We will keep you updated as we learn more.
