Student Discipline Improvement Progam

The school discipline improvement program shares data related to the use of exclusionary disciplinary practices in schools and the efforts being undertaken by our schools to reduce those occurrences as required in Delaware Code Title 14 §703. Schools in Delaware utilize a variety of restorative practices as well as alternatives to suspension in order to reduce the impact of negative consequences on students during the disciplinary process.
