Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

REQUESTS FOR PUBLIC RECORDS
Pursuant to the Delaware Freedom of Information Act 29 Del. C. ch.100
 
Requests for Public Records may be submitted to the Superintendent's Office. When requesting public records, please be as specific as you can, describing types of records, dates, parties to correspondence, subject matter, etc. Christina School District will make every reasonable effort to assist you in identifying the record being sought. (Requests for voluminous records may be delayed). 
 
All FOIA requests must be in writing, and must adequately describe the records sought in sufficient detail to enable the Christina School District to locate such records with reasonable effort. Requests can be submitted using the Christina School District's online FOIA Request Form, or alternatively, by mail or email.
