Middle Schools

Rigorous academics, advanced courses, and diverse programs for grades 6-8.

Shue-Medill Middle School Students at UD

The Christina School District proudly offers three traditional middle schools, each serving students in grades 6 through 8, alongside a challenging and rigorous middle school academic program. In addition, our district includes two unique elementary-middle schools that educate students from grades 1 through 8.

Our middle schools and programs provide a wide range of extracurricular activities, sports, and specialized services designed to support and engage learners.

Athletics, Clubs & Activities

Christina School District offers a variety of sports for middle school students in grades 6-8. Students can join Boys and Girls Soccer in the Fall, Boys and Girls Basketball in the Winter, Girls Cheerleading in the Winter, and Boys and Girls Track in the Spring. All teams are open to any middle schooler who wants to play and have fun!

Additionally, our middle school students participate in dozens of clubs and student organizations. Some clubs are chapters of national organizations or activities, and students compete at the state, regional, and national levels. Other clubs are just for student enjoyment or provide a service to the community or school.
