District Nurse of the Year
Kim has been employed with CSD for 16 years. She loves being involved with the students; organizing health fairs, EKG screenings, dental screenings and more. She also serves as a mentor for University of Delaware, Cecil College and DelTech Community College. Prior to coming to CSD, Kim worked in the Neurology Dept. at Christiana Care.

District Teacher of the Year
Lindsey is a middle school English Language Arts Teacher who views teaching as her passion and purpose in life. She strives to create meaningful connections with every student who walks through her door and to improve her instruction to provide students with the best educational experience possible. Lindsey works tirelessly to inspire all of her students to pursue their dreams and to help give them the confidence they need to conquer the world outside of her classroom walls.
