The Christina Districts School Based Health Centers (SBHC) are open and we are scheduling appointments following CDC guidelines!  Please call your high school  SBHC to schedule an appointment.   The SBHC’s are comprehensive primary health care facilities located within the schools.  Multidisciplinary teams of professionals provide a wide range of services including sports physicals, routine checkups/physical exams, immunizations, mental health services, nutrition services, and more!  All children enrolled at the school may use the SBHC regardless of income or health care coverage.  You must be registered with the SBHC to use the services, and the registration link can be found below.
