More than 650 educators across the State of Delaware came together on June 21 for the 21st Annual Policy and Practice Institute: Delaware’s Conference on Public Education. Secretary of Education, Dr. Mark Holodick, welcomed all and thanked them for their work. Keynote speaker, Adam Welcome, discussed thinking outside the box and planning for learning differently.
Christina School District's own Dr. Deirdra Joyner was recognized as the 2023 Assistant Superintendent of the Year, and Dr. Chuck Longfellow was recognized as the 2023 Chief Financial Officer of the Year.
