Christina School District will take the Polar Plunge on Sunday, February 5, 2023, in Rehoboth Beach to raise money for Special Olympics Delaware.
Students in Christina schools and programs participate in various Special Olympic events throughout the year. Events like the Lewes Polar Bear Plunge help to fuel the mission of Special Olympics Delaware to provide year-round sports training, competition, leadership opportunities, and health screenings to over 4,200 athletes.
We know it will be cold, but we don't do it because it's easy; we do it to make a difference. Together we can raise more money for Special Olympics Delaware than we ever could alone.
