National School Counseling Week - February 1-5, 2021
“School Counselors: All In for All Students”
National School Counseling Week 2021 (#NSCW21), "School Counselors: All In for All Students," is Feb. 1-5, 2021, to focus public attention on the unique contribution of school counselors. National School Counseling Week, sponsored by ASCA, highlights the tremendous impact school counselors can have in helping students achieve school success and plan for a career. National School Counseling Week is always celebrated the first full week in February.
School counselors are actively engaged in helping students examine their abilities, strengths, interests, and talents. They work in partnership with parents as they encounter the challenges of raising children in today’s world and with teachers and other educators to provide an educational system where students can realize their potential and set healthy, realistic, and optimistic aspirations for themselves.
This week Christina School District highlights the impact and influence school counselors have on the next generation of leaders - our students!
Thank you for your commitment.
