Together We Can Make A Difference - #ChristinaStrong
Our United Way Campaign is underway! We are excited about the movement to help end poverty in our community. As we prepare to launch this important campaign, we are asking for your support.
We are very proud of our school district and its employees for helping to make our community better. One way we do this is by participating in the annual United Way campaign. United Way of Delaware offers everyone an opportunity to help others with the confidence that dollars contributed are well spent right here in our community where we live and work.
Success in life begins with a quality education. And yet, millions of children and youth lack the support they need to improve literacy, stay on track in school, graduate high school and find a career. With the support of United Way of Delaware, we are working to shift the odds so tomorrow’s leaders can build a better foundation today.
Employee giving is easy with e-Pledge. Christina offers employees the convenience of giving through payroll deduction which makes contributing to United Way a little bit easier and more convenient for all of us.
People who tell themselves their gift doesn’t matter are wrong. “It matters!” What if all it took to change the quality of life for a child in Delaware was your spare change? Did you know that a few cents per day is all it takes to help fund programs that provide emergency resources to children and families?
We are counting on you to help make this year’s campaign a huge success. Thank you!
