Submit Helpdesk Tickets Online Using Ticket System

In order to streamline the process of ticket entering and resolution, and thus removing the need for someone to monitor a mailbox or queue, we are going back to the process of putting in tickets, through the online ticketing system) not through the CSD Helpdesk email).  The tickets are assigned automatically, based on the information and work type selected.  Please make sure to choose the correct Work Type, and put as much detail as to your issue as you can, as this will enable a quicker resolution to the issue.
