Important EdAccess Information

 Dear Christina Staff,

If you are having issues logging into EdAccess for the first time and are unable to reset your password, please go to this link:  https://ssoapply.doe.k12.de.us/#loginsupport It should help you get in.  If this works for you and you already submitted a Christina technology ticket, please go into the ticket and let us know that your issue has been resolved so we can close the ticket.

If you are new to the district and are coming from another district or charter school in Delaware, please submit a Christina technology ticket to have your IMS/EdAccess account transferred to Christina.  Please provide your former district and your IMS/EdAccess user name.

If you do not currently have an EdAccess account, you need to apply for one thru the EdAccess system.  There is an instructional video in the Schoology group called “Technology Help”.  It outlines all of the steps that you need to take to get an account.  If you don’t currently have access to the group, you can join the group using access code: C48KQ-P7BWQ.

If you are able to get into EdAccess and don’t see all of the applications that you need, please read the attached FAQ’s completely.  This should help you add the applications that are missing.  We can’t do this part for you.  Please note that “PowerSchool IEP” is referred to as “Special Programs” in the document and in EdAccess.  You can access this document at any time from your EdAccess Launchpad as well as the Schoology group “Technology Help”.  If you don’t currently have access to this group, you can join the group using access code: C48KQ-P7BWQ.

For all other issues, please read the attached FAQ’s completely.  This document should help with most of your issues.  You can access this document at any time from your EdAccess Launchpad as well as the Schoology group “Technology Help”.  If you don’t currently have access to this group, you can join the group using access code: C48KQ-P7BWQ .

If you have already submitted technology tickets and this information has resolved your issue, please go in to your ticket and let us know that your issue has been resolved so that we can close it.

 Thank You.
