    Email CSDHELPDESK for remote learning issues 

    Please include the following in your email to CSDHELPDESK: 

    • Subject Line: In the Subject enter what CSD building your work from  (this routes your email to the proper support staff) 
    • Details/Description: Try to be specific as to the exact nature of the issue. 
    • Device Information: What type of device are you emailing about?  Laptop, Chromebook etc.
