Christina Adult Programs is an adult education program that provides instructional services to adult residents in the Christina School District, the City of Wilmington and surrounding areas.  

Our affordable services help adults improve their basic skills, prepare for and earn GED®, prepare for and earn their high school diploma, learn English as a Second Language, learn and improve basic and advanced computer skills, and focus on career development.   

The James H. Groves Adult High School is an accredited school through Middle States Association.  Christina Adult Programs (CAP), is dedicated to creating life-long learners and community members with the education needed to obtain gainful employment. 

Christina Adult Programs is funded through the Delaware Department of Education along with the United States Department of Education grants.
