At our kids' disposal we have self-help books and magazine articles that give us plenty of ideas on how to relieve stress and work through problems. Sometimes problems are greater than what any book or magazine article can solve. There are times when we need to speak with a professional. I have listed some agencies who have certified therapists ready to help you work through any problem that may arise in your life. Please take advantage of the many services which are available.
