    Enrollment Information - ECAP Program - Financial Assistance

    For families interested in applying for FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, please read below: 

    The Christina Early Education Center is currently taking initial applications online for our Early Childhood Assistance Program (ECAP) program only. ECAP is a no-cost prekindergarten program for high-risk, low income 4-year-old students. 

    The purpose of the ECAP program is to increase access to comprehensive early childhood services to prepare students for kindergarten by developing academic readiness skills, social-emotional skills, and both gross and fine motor skills. 

    To qualify for the ECAP program:

    • the family must reside in the Christina School District,
    • the student must turn four years of age by August 31st, and 
    • the family must qualify under the 2020 Poverty Guidelines.
