Bayard School & Pritchett Academy Principal Search Update: Candidate Bios
Wilmington Learning Collaborative (WLC) and the Christina School District recently hosted a special meet and greet event for the three finalists in the Bayard School and Pritchett Academy Principal Search. Guided by the expertise of the Alma Advisory Group, these engaging sessions provided families and community members with a unique opportunity to learn about the candidates' visions for our schools and their dedicated plans to contribute to our students' success.
This extensive five-month Principal Search process began with community gatherings held at each school in November. On the day of the meet-and-greets, the candidates participated in a comprehensive full-day interview day, which included interviews with members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) at both schools and ended with an evening parent/community interview led by parents. All three finalists met with families and community members at both schools.
