Preschool & Prekindergarten

  • Preschool and prekindergarten help prepare children for success as they enter kindergarten by providing free high-quality early childhood education opportunities for three and four-year-old children.

    Please note that registration for our Preschool and Prekindergarten is only available when slots are open. Contact the

    Stubbs EEC Main Office at (302) 429-4175 for updates on availability and registration periods. 

  • Half-day Preschool Classes

    • AM & PM Sessions
    • Children must be 3 by August 31st

  • Full-day Prekindergarten Classes

    • Children must be 4 by August 31st

    • Birth Certificate (original or clear copy)
    • Proof of Residence
    • Immunization Record
