Assistant Principal's Message
To the Oberle Family,
It is with great pleasure that I write to you as the Acting Assistant Principal of William A. Oberle Elementary School. I am truly honored and thankful to have been given this opportunity to continue to work with each and every one of you.
I have luckily worked at Oberle since its first year. I have spent the last 10 years in various roles including classroom teacher and ESL teacher. I completed my Doctorate from Wilmington University as I was teaching here and worked on ways to continue to develop our teachers ability to reach all learners. At home I have two young children (3 year old boy, 1 year old girl). They keep me busy and are tons of fun.
While they are here we want to make sure we are developming them both socially, emoitionally, and academically. We want to ensure our students are Leaders throughout their life. I have a strong desire to develop students to be the best they can be! They will know we believe in them and want them to succeed in their life. Our goal this year at Oberle Elementary School is to continue to develop the “TEAM” and "ONE WORLD" atmosphere that includes parents, community, staff, and administration that puts the needs of the student first! We all need to work together to ensure our students success. I look forward to meet all of you and please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, concerns, or ideas that you would like to share.
I believe that school should be a safe and welcoming place for our stud
Katie Stanley, EdD.
