My name is Penni Foster and I am currently a Multilingual Language Teacher here at Oberle. I have been at Oberle in a various positions to include being a Third Grade General and Special Education Teacher. Teaching is my second career and my passion.  I love teaching/learning every day!! I graduated from Wilmington University with my Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and I am certified in General Education K-6, Special Education K-12, and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.  I spent three years at Gateway Lab Charter School as a Fourth Grade Teacher, and I have been a Basic Skills Teacher and a Reading Interventionist.  I have a blended family with six children ranging in age from thirty-five to seventeen years old!  We keep busy with all types of extra-curricular activities.  As a family we enjoy boating, bike riding, and going to the beach.
