Delaware State University students had an enriching experience as they visited the Christina School District for a recent college student recruitment event. The warm welcome by District Superintendent Dr. Dan Shelton and Deputy Superintendent Dr. Deirdra Joyner set the tone for an informative day. The students gained valuable insights into career opportunities within the Christina School District. Through engaging school tours and visits to classrooms at Kirk Middle School, Smith Elementary School, Christina Early Education Center, and the Brennen School, the students were able to immerse themselves in the educational environment and envision their future pathways in education.
