Meal Benefit Forms are optional, but encouraged, this year as you may qualify for additional state benefits (Pandemic EBT (P-EBT)). Choose an option below to apply for free or reduced breakfast or lunch.
As part of the Community Eligibility Provisions Program, students enrolled in Bancroft, Bayard, Brookside, CEEC, Douglass, Gauger-Cobbs, Jones, Leasure, McVey, Oberle and Stubbs are automatically enrolled and DO NOT need to fill out a meal benefit form.

Community Eligibility Provisions Program
Eleven Christina Schools participate in Community Eligibility Provisions for free school meals and DO NOT require a meal benefit form.Students enrolled in Bancroft, Bayard, Brookside, CEEC, Douglass, Gauger-Cobbs, Jones, Leasure, McVey, Oberle and Stubbs are automatically enrolled and DO NOT need to fill out a meal benefit form.Please Note: Families who have children attending other Christina School District schools which are not participating in this new meal program, will be required to fill out a meal benefit form to be eligible for free/reduced meal pricing at those locations. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
