Jennifer Montanez

District Teacher of the Year

Jennifer Montanez holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from West Chester University. She has been a teacher at Wilson since 2014, and has served as a team leader, building math content chair, PTA member, and STEAM Committee member. She has previously taught at Brader Elementary School, and has been a Mathematics Instructional Coach at Bancroft Elementary School and a Math/Literacy Coach at Bayard Intermediate School. She began her teaching career at Bayard Intermediate School, where she was named Teacher of the Year in 2003. She was also named Teacher of the Year at Brader Elementary School in 2011.
